Hi, I'm Tilly.
For fifteen years I worked as a barista, making coffees and watching people come together over them — to talk, to laugh, to cry, and sometimes just to sit with someone who made the day feel lighter. Grounded Counselling Co. came out of that, and out of my own experience of needing someone to talk to.
I work with women 18 and over, online, through the things that are hard to say out loud the first time. You do not need to arrive with it all worked out.

What if I have to move my appointment at short notice?
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Inside that window, and for missed sessions, the full session fee applies.
Can I do a session from my car?
You can, and for some people a parked car is the most private place they get all week. All it takes is somewhere you will not be interrupted and a decent signal.
Do I need a referral from my GP?

How much does a session cost?
Individual sessions are $120 and couples sessions $140, each 60 minutes, with a founding client rate of $100 for the first ten clients.
